Telephone Calls

If you have a medical question during regular office hours, please call our office. The appropriate medical professional will answer your questions. After hours calls are referred to our answering service.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are given to our patients prior to their operation and they should be filled 24-hours before the surgery. This way the medications will be waiting for you when you get home from the hospital.

Prescription refills must be requested during regular office hours (8 - 5, Monday through Friday, except holidays). Refill requests cannot be accommodated after regular office hours or on weekends.

Emergencies

If an emergency occurs during office hours, please call the office and inform the receptionist that this is an emergency call. In the case of after hour emergencies, calls are received by our answering service and directed to the physician on call.
